Gathering of the Crew.
Sunday May 17th 4pm, venue TBC.
This year’s party will be on the 27th of September, the theme is Blessing the Children. It’s time to kick it off. Come down meet the crew, now’s the time to jump on board.
See you on the 17th!
If you can’t be there but want to pick up a role, send an email and let us know, We’ll let you know when the next meeting is.

We do encourage people todonate through PayPal
We are relying on donations to help cover some costs and raise money for our charities.
While no one gets paid to put on Earthdance, there are still many costs of putting on such a large festival.
There will be areas to donate money to on the day, and we have set up a pay-pal account for those who wish to donate earlier.
This really helps us cover important initial costs, and pave the way for as much money as possible to go to charities.
