Hello Melbourne Earthdance extended family!
With the party taking place in a bit over three months, it is officially time to get the festival committee rolling!
The first meeting will be this Thursday at Cafe Nova, Brunswick St 7pm.
We will be discussing the venue, nature of the event, and most importantly role delegations. It will be a vital meeting to get into action for this years event! Anyone is welcome to come, and we encourage you to invite anyone you know who would be keen in being a part of Earthdance this year!
Earthdance Melbourne has always come together from the generously donated time of organisers and volunteers, and this year is no different. As many of you know it is an amazing and rewarding experience!
This year will see Earthdance move back outdoors, with a very good chance of it being free party.

Also please reply if you will be attending on Thursday, and any roles you are interested in, or have already confirmed.

Being a free event,
We do encourage people todonate through PayPal
We are relying on donations to help cover some costs and raise money for our charities.
While no one gets paid to put on Earthdance, there are still many costs of putting on such a large festival.
There will be areas to donate money to on the day, and we have set up a pay-pal account for those who wish to donate earlier.
This really helps us cover important initial costs, and pave the way for as much money as possible to go to charities.
Over the past 10 years Earthdance Melbourne has raised over 80,000 dollars for it's chosen charities!
