Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) Sunday 28th Feb 2010
On Sunday the 28th of Feb at 3pm Earthdance will hold it’s AGM.
First we will address all the conversations that have arisen over the last couple of years about the future direction of the Festival. Paid event, free event, indoor outdoor, volunteer run or paid organisers, moving ahead with no money, not putting on the festival till we have fundraised enough money, how much is enough, membership structure, do we continue in September do we do something in March and something in September, Who’s up for what and how do we move forward?????
We want to discuss this with everyone who has a keen interest in the Festival past and present and make some decisions based that.
Then we will follow with the normal proceedings of an AGM:

We do encourage people todonate through PayPal
We are relying on donations to help cover some costs and raise money for our charities.
While no one gets paid to put on Earthdance, there are still many costs of putting on such a large festival.
There will be areas to donate money to on the day, and we have set up a pay-pal account for those who wish to donate earlier.
This really helps us cover important initial costs, and pave the way for as much money as possible to go to charities.
Over the past 10 years Earthdance Melbourne has raised over 80,000 dollars for it's chosen charities!
